Welcome to the blog of CrashB Photography. My name is Matt Barnes, and yes...I'm addicted to my camera. Ha! Honestly, it's a hobby of mine that I've become increasingly passionate about over the last few years. And now I've decided to share that passion with others through my new photography business.
From the business side of things, I aim to specialize in photography for newborns, kids, families and even those furry friends you call pets. Just so you know, I'm not one of those guys with a big studio full of lighting and backdrops. Instead, I enjoy using natural light and shooting primarily outdoors. Some may say it's a financial reason to use natural light, and to that I say yes that statement is partially true. However, I mainly do it because I just really enjoy capturing people and places in their natural settings. Studio portrait sessions just tend to usually place limits on creativity while containing people into a controlled environment where the photos are just so common. Natural light photography on the other hand, offers clients more freedom in the settings of their choice while being able to just relax and be themselves. For those squirming kids who want to play and talk instead of sit still, this is a great alternative.
And so this website is intended to follow my professional photography business as I grow it here in the Atlanta metro area. It will provide a base for clients to find out more information about the services I offer, while being able to view images from some of my previous photo shoots.
